These delicious treats are not just cookies; they are created specifically for dunking, inviting you to savor every moment of your snack.

With a burst of lemony freshness and a hint of sweetness, these cookies are bound to elevate your taste buds to new heights.


 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 8 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 cup of lard (or butter)
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 tbsp of baking powder
  • 10 tbsp of milk
  • grated zest of 2 lemon

 

METHOD:

If desired, for a stronger flavor, a vial of lemon extract can be added.

Mix all the ingredients, which should be at room temperature, and finally add the baking powder.

Place the dough in the dough tool and form the cord that will be cut into equal parts, shaping them.

If you do not have the tool, fill a pastry bag with a narrow tip and form the shape.

Spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 400 F.
