Ingredients:

  • 8 chicken legs
  • 4 carrots, sliced about 2 inches thick
  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 5 whole garlic cloves
  • Fresh rosemary
  • 1/4 cup white wine
  • 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, to drizzle
  • Salt to taste

 

METHOD:

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • Place the chicken legs in an oven pan. Add salt and olive oil, then mix using your hands.

  • Add the carrots, onions, garlic, rosemary, and a little more salt. Mix all ingredients. Add a little more olive oil.

  • Pour white wine over the mixture.

  • Place in the preheated oven for about one hour.

  • When the chicken is ready, take it out of the oven.

  • Serve hot with some of the gravy that formed in the pan and Italian bread. Enjoy your meal!
