This unique take on the classic Italian dessert is sure to impress your guests and satisfy your sweet tooth.

The combination of soft mascarpone cream, delicate espresso-soaked ladyfingers and crunchy pistachios creates a symphony of textures and flavors that is simply irresistible.





  1. 6 egg yolks
  2. 3/4 cup white sugar
  3. 2/3 cup milk
  4. 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  5. 8 ounces mascarpone cheese
  6. 1 cup strong brewed coffee, room temperature
  7. 2 tablespoons rum (optional)
  8. 20 ladyfingers
  9. 1/2 cup ground pistachios
  10. 1 tablespoon powdered sugar for dusting
  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until well blended. Whisk in milk and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils. Boil gently for 1 minute, then remove from heat and allow to cool slightly. Cover tightly and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  2. Whisk mascarpone into yolk mixture until smooth.
  3. In a small bowl, combine coffee and rum. Split the ladyfingers in half lengthwise and drizzle with coffee mixture.
  4. Arrange half of the soaked ladyfingers in the bottom of a 9×13 inch dish. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle with half of the ground pistachios.
  5. Repeat layers and dust with powdered sugar before serving. Enjoy your Pistachio Tiramisu!
