If you want to make everyone like gorgonzola cheese, here’s the way: a simple yet delicious dish that is prepared in simple steps for a very tasty result indeed.

The flavor of the gorgonzola will be defused by the spinach, and the walnuts will add just the right sweetness.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 oz of penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup of Gorgonzola cheese
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 3 oz of spinach
  • 4 walnuts
  • 2 tbsp of butter
  • Grana Padano cheese grated to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste

 

 

METHOD

Quickly wash the spinach, then gently pat it dry with paper towels to remove moisture.

Put the butter in a pan and, once it has melted completely, add the raw spinach and cook it quickly.

In another pan put the gorgonzola and milk to create a smooth sauce.

Now add the spinach and a few chopped walnuts.

In another pot boil salted water and cook the penne.

Once they are al dente, drain the penne and pour them into the pan with the cheese and spinach sauce.

Once everything is finished blending, serve on a plate adding a sprinkling of grated grana cheese and a few more pieces of walnuts.
