It is a very tasty and easy to prepare first course, with a few simple ingredients give life to a unique dish, where taste and flavor come together to perfection.
- 14 oz of pasta (spaghetti, paccheri or linguine)
- 1 cup of pitted black olives
- 5 anchovy fillets
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
- chopped chili pepper to taste
- 1 clove of garlic
- parsley to taste
- salt to taste
In a saucepan, sauté the garlic clove along with the oil and chopped chili pepper.
Lower the cooking flame and add a ladleful of pasta cooking water along with the black olives, anchovies and plenty of chopped parsley and cook for 4 minutes over moderate heat.
Drain the pasta al dente and toss until the sauce blends well with the pasta.
Serve piping hot.
