No bake Oreo and ricotta cheese cake is a mouthwatering dessert that is simple in making and perfect for cheering up an end of a meal with friends and family.

 


 

 

Ingredients for the base:

  • 15 Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) of melted butter

Ingredients for the cream:

  • 1 1/2 cups of well-drained ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 5 Oreo cookies
  • Cream from the base cookies
  • Nutella, as needed

Ingredients for decorating:

  • 1/2 cup of heavy whipping cream
  • Oreo cookies, as needed

 

METHOD:

First separate the cookies from the cream and set aside.

Chop the cookies finely and mix them with the melted butter.

Compact the resulting mixture to the base of the 8 inches  hinged baking pan lined with baking paper and place in the refrigerator.

Work the ricotta cheese with the cream inside the cookies, add the powdered sugar, then the vanilla.

Whip the cream and incorporate it into the ricotta cream a little at a time. Finally, add the broken up oreos.

Pour half of the cream over the base and level, then add plenty of Nutella for the middle layer and finally top with the other half of ricotta cream.

Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Unmold the cake and decorate with clumps of whipped cream and oreo cookies.
