Here is a tasty and delicious variation of the classic tiramisu that not only does not involve the use of eggs since it uses only fresh whipping cream, but has the addition of pistachio cream that will give it a pastel green color and a unique flavor that is simply irresistible.

Try it to believe especially because it really takes 5 minutes to make and the problem of raw eggs will remain a distant memory!





  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup of powdered sugar
  • 2/3 cup of pistachio cream
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup of coffee
  • 40 ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp of cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup of chopped pistachios



We start by taking a large bowl and mixing together the Greek yogurt and powdered sugar.

We whip for a few minutes.

Then we add the pistachio cream and continue whipping until the mixture is thick and fluffy.

Now we also add the heavy cream, previously whipped until stiff, and mix the two compounds together using a spatula so as not to disassemble the consistency of the whipped cream.

Once we have created a smooth and homogeneous cream, let’s take our cake pan.

Let’s place a bowl with coffee in it and the ladyfingers next to it. Let’s start composing the layers of our tiramisu.

First we soak the cookies in coffee to soften them (not too much) and then arrange them on the base of the cake pan.

Now it is time to spread the pistachio cream and continue like this to the top of the cake pan.

To make the last layer, we finish with a layer of cream and then sprinkle with bitter cocoa powder and some pistachio grains.

Then we put our cake in the refrigerator to rest for at least an hour.

The no-bake dessert perfect for summer dinners is now ready to be enjoyed.

I assure you that the sweet flavor of pistachio will be an irresistible combination with the bitterness of coffee.
