It’s easy to say “I’ll make 2 hard-boiled eggs,” but it’s much more complicated to manage to make them tasty.

Here is a super easy and super yummy recipe for making stuffed hard-boiled eggs that everyone will love.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 2 tbsp of mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of capers
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • a few drops of lemon juice

 

METHOD

Place the whole eggs in a saucepan, cover with water and cook for 10 minutes from the time of boiling.

Once cooked, soak the whole eggs in cold water to stop cooking and then remove the shell.

When they are completely cold divide them into 2 equal parts by cutting on the longer side.

Take the yolks and place them in a small blender or in a tall narrow glass if you are using an immersion blender.

Add the well-drained tuna, capers, mayonnaise, a few drops of lemon and blend well.

If necessary add a drizzle of oil to adjust the consistency.

You should obtain a thick cream.

Pour the resulting mixture into a disposable sac à poche (or you can use a teaspoon) and stuff the cavities of the egg whites from which you had previously taken the yolk.

Arrange the stuffed eggs on a serving plate and decorate with small capers and a few strands of chives.

Your simple and impressive appetizer is ready to win over all your guests!
