INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 tsp of Limoncello
  • 3/4 cup of all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup+2 tsp of sugar
  • 1/4 cup of powdered sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 cup of cornstarch or potato starch
  • sugar for decoration to taste

 

METHOD:

Whip the egg yolks, add the egg whites and sugar.

Add the starch, flour and Limoncello, combine the mixture in a pastry bag and try to give the classic shape.

Cover the oven sheet with paper and shape the cookies, sprinkle them generously with powdered sugar and sugar

Bake in a 390 F oven for about 7 to 9 minutes with the oven slightly open
