These chocolate-dipped butter and jam cookies are a perfect treat for any occasion and offer a harmonious blend of flavors and textures that will satisfy your sweet tooth and leave you wanting more.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 ¾ cups confectioners’ sugar
  • 4 sticks softened butter
  • 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup melted chocolate
  • jam
  • sprinkles

 

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

Beat the yolks, sugar and butter together.

Then add the flour.

Hand pipe the dough using a pastry bag with a large star tip.

Bake on parchment-lined cookie sheets for about 10 minutes.

Cool and sandwich with strawberry or raspberry jam.

Then, dip in melted chocolate and sprinkle with sprinkles!
