- 3 egg yolks
- 1 ¾ cups confectioners’ sugar
- 4 sticks softened butter
- 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup melted chocolate
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Beat the yolks, sugar and butter together.
Then add the flour.
Hand pipe the dough using a pastry bag with a large star tip.
Bake on parchment-lined cookie sheets for about 10 minutes.
