The recipe I am proposing today will allow you to bring to the table something unique that will remain etched in the minds and taste buds of your guests.

We are talking about pistachio and chocolate tiramisu, a quick and easy preparation suitable even for those who do not feel like pastry chefs but love to bring delicious desserts to the table.

Its smooth texture and mix of flavors will please all palates, even the most demanding, and your guests will ask you first for seconds and then for the recipe.







  • 2 cups of Ladyfingers cookies (250 grams)
  • coffee to taste
  • 2 cups of Mascarpone cheese
  • chopped pistachios to taste
  • 2/3 cup of pistachio cream
  • 1 cup (chopped) chocolate
  • unsweetened cocoa powder to taste



  • Prepare the coffee and let it cool.
  • Cut the dark chocolate into cubes and melt it in a double boiler or in the microwave, then let it cool.
  • In a bowl, work half of the mascarpone with the pistachio cream using electric beaters until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Gradually add the melted chocolate to the other half of the mascarpone already beaten with the beaters, mixing from bottom to top to avoid deflating it.
  • Spread a thin layer of pistachio cream on the bottom of a baking dish (mine is 30 cm x 25 cm, approximately 11.8 inches x 9.8 inches).
  • Quickly dip the ladyfinger cookies one by one in the coffee and arrange them in the baking dish.
  • Cover the layer of ladyfinger cookies with the pistachio cream. Sprinkle with some unsweetened cocoa powder.
  • Make another layer of ladyfinger cookies and cover it with the chocolate cream, then finish it off with chopped pistachios.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
