Garlic oil and shrimp pasta is a very simple but absolutely delicious recipe.

One special feature: it is a risotto pasta dish, that is, it is cooked directly with the sauce, so as to take full advantage of all the flavor!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz of Spaghetti
  • 1 fresh chili pepper
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 cup of brandy
  • 8-10 shrimps
  • 6 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • parsley to taste

 

 

METHOD

1) Shell the shrimp, also stripping them of the black intestinal thread on their backs (use tweezers to slip it off), wash and dry them, patting them dry with kitchen paper.

2) Cook the spaghetti in plenty of boiling salted water.

3) Meanwhile, sauté the garlic in a large frying pan with hot extra-virgin olive oil until golden brown, then remove it.

4) Add the shrimp, sauté them for a few moments, salt them and deglaze with brandy.

5) Drain the spaghetti al dente and transfer to the pan with the shrimp. Add chili pepper (optional).

6) Stir and saute the pasta for a few minutes, shaking the pan.

7) Sprinkle with parsley and enjoy!
