This is the recipe I always make for my children when they are not well.

A simple to prepare and delicious pasta dish that everyone likes.


 

 

 

SERVINGS:4

INGREDIENTS:

  • 12 oz of Ditalini pasta (in this recipe i use tubettini)
  • 3 medium potatoes, cubed
  • extra virgin olive oil to taste
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to taste
  • salt to taste

 

METHOD

Preparing this dish is quick and easy.

First, we peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

We heat the pot with water (salted) in which we will cook both potatoes and pasta (together).

When the water boils, we put the potatoes in and let them cook 5 minutes.

After the 5 minutes have elapsed, we also add the pasta and let it cook according to the cooking time on the package.

Let’s drain the pasta and potatoes.

We plate and add a drizzle of oil.

We sprinkle generously with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese and add a couple of tablespoons of cooking water.

Enjoy.
