Pasta with radicchio, pancetta and cream is good and tasty first course, ideal for a super caloric but full of flavor lunch, I recommend it as a Sunday first course.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 7 ounces (200 grams) pasta
  • 3.5 ounces (100 grams) sweet pancetta (approximately ⅔ cup when chopped)
  • 1 radicchio
  • ⅖ cup (100 milliliters) heavy cream
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Olive oil and salt to taste

 

METHOD:

First clean the garlic clove, cut it in half and remove the soul, put it in a pan with a little oil and let it brown, add the bacon and sauté.

Meanwhile, wash and cut the radicchio into strips, add it to the garlic, salt to taste and cook for 5 minutes and finally add the cream.

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water, drain it, add it to the mixture and toss for a few minutes.

Serve the pasta hot.
