Tomato, cucumber and onion salad is a light, tasty and nutritious side dish that can be prepared quickly .

Perfect for summer: a simple, wholesome dish with which to accompany any kind of main course, from the most basic to the most refined.


 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cucumber
  • 1 white onion
  • Oregano to taste
  • Chili pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Extra virgin olive oil to taste

 

METHOD:

Begin the preparation by thoroughly washing the cherry tomatoes, cut them into small cubes then transfer them inside a salad bowl.

Slice the white onion, peel and slice the cucumber into rounds, chop the chili pepper and transfer everything to the bowl with the cherry tomatoes.

Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with a sprinkle of oregano and a few tablespoons of oil, gently toss everything together, and serve at the table.
